The 3 star hotel Renessans is situated at the foot of Ai-Petri mountain. The hotel is located in 600 m. from the sea in a quiet, environmentally clean place, in the green old trees parkland resort town Koreiz. The famous cableway is located in 10 minutes walk from the hotel. 
Design of the hotel is made in the best traditions of the Renaissance, but utilizes modern durable materials and the latest technologies. Spacious suites, deluxe rooms, cozy bar, a natural solarium with views of the coast, Big Yalta and Crimean mountains. Built in the 19 century in a palace style, the hotel was restored in 2004. The hotel offers 12 rooms, bar with access to the observation deck, solarium, café, restaurant. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning (winter-summer), TV, refrigerators, bathrooms with shower or hydromassage. The room price includes: accommodation, breakfast, transfers to the beach and back (2 times a day), use of equipped beach. Children under 5 years stay free of charge with additional place.
